The Bergen University Library presents selected parts of its Special Collections together with deposited materials. For more special collection materials from the University library go to Marcus. "Krigstrykk" are news leaflets that were produced and distributed illegally and under cover during the German occupation of Norway 1940-1945. The digitisation is a collaboration with the World War II source website Nordiki. The Mahmoud Salih collection is a unique collection of books, maps, prints and documents on Sudan. The Mahmoud Salih collection is, for the time being, deposited at Bergen University. Permissions have been obtained for those works published here that are not in the public domain.
